Dancer Showreels
About: We are now able to produce in-house video showreels for dancers. Video is a fantastic way for a dancer to showcase themselves to prospective employers, in addition to simply sending off a C.V and headshot. We currently have 4 video packages available. We can take take your supplied footage and cut it together complete with titles or even go as far as setting up your own shoot with original material. We have cut together and produced content for dancers based all over the U.K including Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and London.
We have a great relationship with Ellie Tyrrell (Creative Director at Ellite Performers) who is available to choreograph routines for your showreel if you choose to purchase showreel package 4. Ellie has a wide variety of experience including performing in a number major West End productions, including “Cats”, “Fame” and “Grease”. Having travelled the world as a performer on luxury cruise liners, Ellie not only has the practical experience but a wider, in-depth knowledge of musical theatre and commercial dance.
Ellie has worked as a choreographer for the last 8 years and, with Ellite Performers, has produced and managed a number of high-profile shows, both private and corporate.
Package 1: Send Nick your footage/ still images on a DVD or hard drive along with notes on which parts of the footage you would like including your new reel reel and he will edit together a 2-3 minute showreel complete with intro/outro titles of your choice. £80.00 ex VAT
Package 2: Hire Nick to come to a venue of your choice for a 2 hour filming session of your chosen choreography. This footage will then be taken away and edited into a short DVD and online video presentation. £150.00 ex VAT
Package 3: Hire Nick to film your show reel at ‘Ellite Studios’ (fully kitted out dance studio facilities in Wakefield, West Yorkshire). This footage will then be taken away and edited into a short DVD and online video presentation. £200.00 ex VAT
Package 4: A choreographer will work with you to create a bespoke routine(s) to be filmed. Their help and guidance will ensure that your performance has the necessary content to play to your strengths as a dancer as well as making sure it appeals to the people you will be sending copies out to. This video package includes 4 hours with one of our in-house choreographers, a 2 hour filming session at Ellite Studios (dance studio facilities in Wakefield, West Yorkshire) as well as a full video edit provided on DVD and as a streaming online video file. £300.00 ex VAT
