About: Giant Leap provides location and studio photography services in our home county of West Yorkshire as well as nationally. Our shooting style is relaxed yet professional and is able to utilise both artificial and available light. We are able to provide graded images in digital or print format and offer a RAW buyout of images should you wish to have them graded elsewhere.

We love photography and take pride in making sure that we walk away with a number of fantastic images from every individual session. We make sure that images are well composed, tack sharp and properly exposed but that doesn’t mean we shy away from Photoshop once we bring our flash cards back to the studio to post-produce your images. We scrutinise every image that has been selected by our clients and regularly use Photoshop to tweak images in order to get just the look that is wanted. Popular requests include skin smoothing and blemish removal, creating high contrast looks, conversion to b&w as well as creative crops.

When shooting digitally we only use professional full frame 35mm digital SLR cameras and as a result we can provide images that can be blown up to considerable size without showing noise that can ruin large image prints that are derived from entry-level digital SLRs and compact cameras.
